Pineapple Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops, bone-in (1 1/4 lb)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 0.5 (14 ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle salt and pepper on lamb chops then coat them in flour (be sure to coat them well with the flour). in a large skillet, heat oil at medium-high heat. add lamb chops and brown for about 4 minutes (flip them one time).
- 2 meanwhile, in a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. distribute this mixture on the lamb chops. cover and cook at low heat 8 to 10 minutes or until lamb chops are slightly pink inside. if the sauce is too thick, add a little bit of water.
