Ranch-marinated Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 thick cut lamb chops
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe

  • 1 wash and pat dry lamb chops with paper towel; poke several holes in them with a fork.
  • 2 in a shallow baking pan, mix together rest of ingredients.
  • 3 place lamb in marinade, turning to coat completely.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning at least once.
  • 5 preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  • 6 remove cover from pan, bake chops for about 30 minutes (or until done), turning at least once during cooking.
  • 7 serve with baked potatoes, using cooked marinade and pan drippings to top.
