Sensational Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 30 large fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 lb bulk lamb sausage
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dried tart cherry, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside.
- 2 in a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- 3 remove from the heat; stir in cream cheese, cherries, and onions.
- 4 taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 5 stuff filling into mushroom caps.
- 6 place on greased baking sheets; bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
