Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb cooked ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup dried navy beans
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, except parsley, in crock pot.
- 2 mix well and cover.
- 3 cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
- 4 just before serving stir in parsley.
