Lamb Goulash

Total Time: 7 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/4 lbs boneless lamb butt, cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes in puree
  • 1 packet beef and onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill

Recipe

  • 1 mix the first 6 ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • 2 cover and cook on low 7-9 hours until lamb is tender.
  • 3 stir in sour cream and dill.
  • 4 serve over egg noodles.
