Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/4 lbs boneless lamb butt, cut in 1 inch chunks
- 1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes in puree
- 1 packet beef and onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
Recipe
- 1 mix the first 6 ingredients in a slow cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on low 7-9 hours until lamb is tender.
- 3 stir in sour cream and dill.
- 4 serve over egg noodles.
