Lamb Loin With Hoisin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 lbs lamb loin
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot chili paste
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cut the lamb into 1/4" slices.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, garlic, ginger and green onion.
  • 3 add lamb and toss in the marinade.
  • 4 refrigerate for a few hours.
  • 5 heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat. cook lamb with the marinade for 7 -10 minutes, turning occasionally.
