Lamb Loin With Hoisin

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 lbs lamb loin
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili paste
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cut the lamb into 1/4" slices.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, garlic, ginger and green onion.
- 3 add lamb and toss in the marinade.
- 4 refrigerate for a few hours.
- 5 heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat. cook lamb with the marinade for 7 -10 minutes, turning occasionally.
