Slowed Cooked Lamb

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 leg of lamb
- 2 bulbs of garlic, cut in half
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 1 lemon, cut into thick slices
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Recipe
- 1 place the onion and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker pot.
- 2 place lamb on top and arrange lemon slices on top.
- 3 top with rosemary sprigs, and cook on low for 6 hours. (time will vary depending on your cooker, and the size of your piece of lamb).
