Lamb Loin With Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup karo light corn syrup or 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown mustard
  • 3 -4 lbs lamb loin

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl combine karo syrup, brown sugar and mustard.
  • 2 cook lamb loin according to package directions.
  • 3 brush glaze on meat during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
