Lamb Fried Cakes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 350 g flour
  • 190 g water
  • 300 g ground lamb
  • 20 g onions
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 15 g oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour with water.
  • 2 knead until smooth.
  • 3 roll out into 1/4 inch thick and cut into circles.
  • 4 mix meat with seasonings.
  • 5 place 1 tbsp in the center and fold upwards.
  • 6 fry on a skillet with oil.
  • 7 serve immediately.
