- 190 g water
- 300 g ground lamb
- 20 g onions
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 15 g oil
Recipe
- 1 mix flour with water.
- 2 knead until smooth.
- 3 roll out into 1/4 inch thick and cut into circles.
- 4 mix meat with seasonings.
- 5 place 1 tbsp in the center and fold upwards.
- 6 fry on a skillet with oil.
- 7 serve immediately.
