Lamb Kabobs

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/2 lb) lean boneless lamb loin
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 small onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 large bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms

Recipe

  • 1 trim fat from lamb.
  • 2 cut lamb into 1-inch cubes.
  • 3 in resealable plastic bag combine juice,vinegar,garlic,and oregano.
  • 4 seal bag and refrigerate 2-24 hours.
  • 5 preheat grill.
  • 6 drain and discard marinade.
  • 7 thread lamb and vegetables onto 6 skewers; grill over medium-high heat 12-14 minutes,turning once or until lamb is just pink in center(160degrees).
