Recipe
- 1 heat a frying pan and fry the lamb fat for 8-10 mins til crisp and golden.
- 2 drain on kitchen paper.
- 3 dress the herb leaves, tomatoes and lamb fat in the dressing of balsamic vinegar and oil for serving.
