Lamb Fat Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 lamb chops, fat only, diced
  • 1 ounce parsley
  • 1 ounce mint
  • 1 ounce basil
  • 1 ounce chives, snipped
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat a frying pan and fry the lamb fat for 8-10 mins til crisp and golden.
  • 2 drain on kitchen paper.
  • 3 dress the herb leaves, tomatoes and lamb fat in the dressing of balsamic vinegar and oil for serving.
