- 6 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup french dressing
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 3 oranges, peeled & sliced
Recipe
- 1 arrange the chops in a baking dish.
- 2 sprinkle with the soup mix.
- 3 mix the french dressing and orange juice.
- 4 pour over the chops.
- 5 top with the orange slices.
- 6 bake in 400f oven uncovered for 45 minutes.
