Orange Lamb Bake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup french dressing
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 oranges, peeled & sliced

Recipe

  • 1 arrange the chops in a baking dish.
  • 2 sprinkle with the soup mix.
  • 3 mix the french dressing and orange juice.
  • 4 pour over the chops.
  • 5 top with the orange slices.
  • 6 bake in 400f oven uncovered for 45 minutes.
