Parmesan Crusted Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 5 lamb chops
- 1 1/2 cups italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2 beat eggs in a medium bowl.
- 3 heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- 4 dredge lamb chops in flour, then into egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
- 5 fry for 7 - 10 minutes on each side.
- 6 cooking time depends on thickness of the chops, but you should have a beautiful dark golden brown crust.
- 7 serve with my garlic cheese mashed potatoes.
