Parmesan Crusted Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 lamb chops
  • 1 1/2 cups italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 2 beat eggs in a medium bowl.
  • 3 heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • 4 dredge lamb chops in flour, then into egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
  • 5 fry for 7 - 10 minutes on each side.
  • 6 cooking time depends on thickness of the chops, but you should have a beautiful dark golden brown crust.
  • 7 serve with my garlic cheese mashed potatoes.
