Schab Wieprzowy Po Polsku (polish Roast Lamb With Caraway)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 kg lamb loin
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 50 g butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425°f.
