Pineapple Bbq Butt

Total Time: 8 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lamb butt
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place butt in crock pot and top with pineapple and juice.
  • 2 cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
  • 3 drain off excess liquid.
  • 4 return butt to crock pot and add bottle of bbq sauce.
  • 5 stir (meat will be very tender) to mix bbq sauce.
  • 6 turn off crock pot or leave on low.
  • 7 serve meat on buns.
