Ingredients

- 1 lamb butt
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 place butt in crock pot and top with pineapple and juice.
- 2 cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
- 3 drain off excess liquid.
- 4 return butt to crock pot and add bottle of bbq sauce.
- 5 stir (meat will be very tender) to mix bbq sauce.
- 6 turn off crock pot or leave on low.
- 7 serve meat on buns.
