Quick Ginger Lamb

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb lamb tenderloin (cut into thin strips )
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ginger (ground)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
- 2 stir-fry lamb and garlic for 3 minutets.
- 3 combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger and add to skillet.
- 4 reduce heat to medium.
- 5 stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until lamb is no longer pink.
- 6 combine water and cornstarch until smooth, add to the skillet.
- 7 bring to a boil and boil and stir for 2 minutes.
- 8 serve over hot cooked rice .
