Simple Ham And Pineapple Dinner

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (19 ounce) can pineapple slices in juice, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 lbs fully-cooked lean ham

Recipe

  • 1 put juice from pineapple in a small saucepan, reserving pineapple rings.
  • 2 add orange juice concentrate, mustard and cornstarch to saucepan.
  • 3 cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly and thick, about 2 minutes.
  • 4 remove from heat.
  • 5 cut ham into 8 slices.
  • 6 arrange in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • 7 top each slice of ham with a pineapple ring.
  • 8 pour sauce evenly on top.
  • 9 cover with foil.
  • 10 bake for 30 minutes at 350 f, until ham is fully heated and sauce is bubbly.
