Lamb Liver Pate

Ingredients
1 lb lamb liver, ground
1 1/2-2 lbs ground lamb (not too lean)
salt and pepper
Recipe
1 mix well.
2 add salt and pepper.
3 place in a loaf pan and bake 325 degrees for 2 hours or less.
4 let cool in pan.
5 this freezes well.
