Lamb Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 racks of baby-back lamb ribs
- 1 -2 green peppers or 1 -2 red pepper
- 1 large onion
- 3 tablespoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 2 cups green olives
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat the oven to 350 f.
- 2 blend everything together till it reaches a paste like consistency.
- 3 pour on top of the ribs.
- 4 cover and let marinade for as long as possible (optional).
- 5 cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350°f.
- 6 cook the meat till tender
- 7 uncover and brown on the top till a crust forms.
