Ingredients

- 1/2 lb lamb tenderloin
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 2 pinches ground rosemary
- 2 pinches ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 clean and trim all visible fat from lamb. cut meat into thin slices.
- 2 saute meat in non-stick skillet until brown. add seasonings and lemon juice.
- 3 reduce heat and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
