Lamb Scaloppine

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb lamb tenderloin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 2 pinches ground rosemary
  • 2 pinches ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 clean and trim all visible fat from lamb. cut meat into thin slices.
  • 2 saute meat in non-stick skillet until brown. add seasonings and lemon juice.
  • 3 reduce heat and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
