Lamb Tenderloin Parmigiana

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lamb tenderloin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg, add salt & pepper.
  • 2 dip tenderloin into egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
  • 3 brown in hot oil on all sides. pour off grease.
  • 4 add spaghetti sauce. cover & cook in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
  • 5 remove cover, top with cheeses. cook an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
  • 6 serve with cous-cous topped with spaghetti sauce.
