Lamb Tenderloin W/ Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 8 ounces portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup skim milk
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine mayo, soup mix, and garlic.
- 2 slice tenderloins diagonally into 1/2 inch slices.
- 3 place lamb slice and mushroom slices into a bowl with the soup mixture and stir.
- 4 pour into a large saute pan over medium high heat. cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned to your preference.
- 5 stir in flour and cook 1-2 minutes.
- 6 stir in milk and lower heat and cook 4-6 minutes on low until the sauce thickens.
- 7 serve.
