Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless center cut lamb chops (approx. four)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 season lamb chops with salt and pepper, set aside.
- 2 combine bread crumbs and rosemary.
- 3 spread mixture on a plate and coat both sides of lamb chops, set aside.
- 4 heat olive oil on medium high heat in a large skillet and add lamb chops.
- 5 cook for 4 -6 minutes on each side or until cooled through. (160 degrees).
