Pan Seared Rosemary Lamb Chops (sandra Lee)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless center cut lamb chops (approx. four)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 season lamb chops with salt and pepper, set aside.
  • 2 combine bread crumbs and rosemary.
  • 3 spread mixture on a plate and coat both sides of lamb chops, set aside.
  • 4 heat olive oil on medium high heat in a large skillet and add lamb chops.
  • 5 cook for 4 -6 minutes on each side or until cooled through. (160 degrees).
