Rack Of Lamb With Herbed Salt

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lamb racks, - 6 cutlets each
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200 c.
  • 2 set lamb in roasting pan.
  • 3 combine salt with all other ingredients.
  • 4 rub salt into lamb.
  • 5 place in oven, cook 30 minutes until pink.
  • 6 allow to rest 10 minutes.
  • 7 carve racks into groups of 3 chops each.
