- 2 lamb racks, - 6 cutlets each
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200 c.
- 2 set lamb in roasting pan.
- 3 combine salt with all other ingredients.
