Small Bbq Meatballs On Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup condensed milk or 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, chopped (i use more cause i love garlic!)
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 drops tabasco sauce (or more, to taste!)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all of the meatball ingredients together and form into small meatballs. place in a baking dish and set aside.
- 2 preheat oven at 325°f.
- 3 mix all of the sauce ingredients, cook (bring to a boil) on stove top for a few minutes. put sauce on top of the meatballs and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
- 4 serve on top of cooked rice.
- 5 special note: the sauce may be doubled if you like a lot of it on your rice -- again, adjust this recipe to your personal liking after trying it once as-is -- there's not one recipe that i haven't adapted to make it my own! :-).
