Orange Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
- 4 lamb chops
Recipe
- 1 combine the first nine ingredients in a large pyrex glass measuring bowl, blend well.
- 2 place lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over chops.
- 3 refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours, flipping occassionaly.
- 4 preheat grill or broiler.
- 5 oil grate on grill or broiling pan before placing chops on.
- 6 cook for five minutes on each side.
