Orange Lamb Chops

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
  • 4 lamb chops

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first nine ingredients in a large pyrex glass measuring bowl, blend well.
  • 2 place lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over chops.
  • 3 refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours, flipping occassionaly.
  • 4 preheat grill or broiler.
  • 5 oil grate on grill or broiling pan before placing chops on.
  • 6 cook for five minutes on each side.
