Orchard Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet heat the olive oil and brown the lamb chops on both sides.
  • 2 add the onions and apples to the skillet and cook on med until soft.
  • 3 add the maple syrup and cider vinegar and simmer for 10 mins or until chops are tender.
  • 4 season with salt and pepper.
  • 5 add the cream, heat through and serve.
