Orchard Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet heat the olive oil and brown the lamb chops on both sides.
- 2 add the onions and apples to the skillet and cook on med until soft.
- 3 add the maple syrup and cider vinegar and simmer for 10 mins or until chops are tender.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
- 5 add the cream, heat through and serve.
