Polish Kielbasa And Rice

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package polish kielbasa
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 2 cups rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 slice the kielbasa into 1/2 inch pieces.
- 2 fry in a pan over medium heat until brown on both sides.
- 3 add rice and olive oil and stir for 1 minute.
- 4 add chicken broth, salt and pepper.
- 5 turn heat to high and bring to a boil.
- 6 boil for 1 minute then reduce heat to simmer.
- 7 cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes (no peeking for perfect rice!).
- 8 enjoy!
