Polynesian Barbecued Lamb (crock Pot)

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks (do not drain)
  • 3 lbs lamb, cut in strips and browned

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except the lamb in crock pot. stir well.
  • 2 add lamb and stir to combine thoroughly.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. serve with the sauce for dunking.
