Polynesian Barbecued Lamb (crock Pot)

Ingredients
- Servings: 15
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks (do not drain)
- 3 lbs lamb, cut in strips and browned
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except the lamb in crock pot. stir well.
- 2 add lamb and stir to combine thoroughly.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. serve with the sauce for dunking.
