Polynesian Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 boneless lamb chops, about 1/2 inch thick
Recipe
- 1 in a resealable food storage plastic bag mix all ingredients except lamb chops.
- 2 add lamb and seal bag.
- 3 turn to coat.
- 4 refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate, turning bag once.
- 5 when ready to cook lamb, heat grill.
- 6 when grill is ready, place lamb on grill.
- 7 cover grill and cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade, until lamb is no longer pink in center.
- 8 discard any remaining marinade.
