Polynesian Lamb Chops

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 boneless lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can campbell condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • sliced green onion

Recipe

  • 1 season chops with garlic.
  • 2 heat oil in skillet.
  • 3 add chops and cook until browned.
  • 4 add onion.
  • 5 add soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy and honey.
  • 6 heat to a boil.
  • 7 cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.
  • 8 serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
