Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (8 ounce) package simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
- 4 boneless lamb chops
- 4 -8 ounces canned hot or mild diced green chili peppers (depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- salt or pepper
Recipe
- 1 spray a casserole dish generously with cooking spray.
- 2 empty the potatoes with onions into dish. salt & pepper potatoes lightly.
- 3 spread with the diced green chile.
- 4 lay the lamb chops on top of the chile.
- 5 spoon cream of mushroom soup over all and spread evenly.
- 6 cover with casserole lid or aluminum foil.
- 7 bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
