Pueblo Chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs lamb or 2 lbs beef or 2 lbs buffalo, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups of chopped onions
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, undrained
  • 4 green peppers, chopped
  • oil

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in oil; drain.
  • 2 add onion, water, barbecue sauce and salt.
