Quick & Delicious Lamb Chile Verde

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless lamb chops or 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal, to taste
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup canned chicken broth, to taste
  • 1/4 cup canned diced green chiles
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over high.
