Quick & Delicious Lamb Chile Verde

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless lamb chops or 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal, to taste
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup canned chicken broth, to taste
- 1/4 cup canned diced green chiles
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over high.
- 2 heat.
