- 2 -2 1/2 lbs boneless lamb roast, rib or 2 -2 1/2 lbs boneless lamb loin
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup apricot preserves (or peach preserves)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 place lamb in a shallow baking dish.
