Smokies In Sweet Peanut Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (16 ounce) package little smokies sausages
  • 2/3 cup apricot jam
  • 1/2 cup kraft original barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Recipe

  • 1 heat little smokies as directed on package.
  • 2 mix jam and bbq sauce in saucepan, cook over medium heat until jam is mixed well, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 stir in lemon juice.
  • 4 remove from heat, blend in peanut butter.
  • 5 stir in beef broth, return to heat, bring just to a boil.
  • 6 place jam mixture and little smokies in slow cooker.
  • 7 set on low heat, serve warm.
  • 8 may add more beef broth if sauce is too thick for preference.
