Smokies In Sweet Peanut Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package little smokies sausages
- 2/3 cup apricot jam
- 1/2 cup kraft original barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Recipe
- 1 heat little smokies as directed on package.
- 2 mix jam and bbq sauce in saucepan, cook over medium heat until jam is mixed well, stirring occasionally.
- 3 stir in lemon juice.
- 4 remove from heat, blend in peanut butter.
- 5 stir in beef broth, return to heat, bring just to a boil.
- 6 place jam mixture and little smokies in slow cooker.
- 7 set on low heat, serve warm.
- 8 may add more beef broth if sauce is too thick for preference.
