Lamb Loin With Mustard And Herb Crust

Total Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard (or use grainy ~or~ a combination of both)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 combine the ingredients for the crust and spread over a lamb loin.
  • 2 bake in 325°f oven for 3 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 150 - 160°f let sit for 10 - 15 minutes covered in foil.
