Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard (or use grainy ~or~ a combination of both)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
Recipe
- 1 combine the ingredients for the crust and spread over a lamb loin.
- 2 bake in 325°f oven for 3 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 150 - 160°f let sit for 10 - 15 minutes covered in foil.
