- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients and pour over lamb. marinate lamb 3-4 hours and may cook lamb in the marinade.
- 2 ***i am sure this would be delightful over beef as well.***.
