Lamb Pot

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean lamb, in bite sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups peeled and sliced potatoes
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons beef bouillon powder

Recipe

  • 1 spray skilet with no-stick cooking spray.
  • 2 add lamb and saute until browned.
  • 3 turn into a 2 quart casserole.
  • 4 add carrots, potatoes and onion.
  • 5 stir sour cream, water and bouillon powder together.
  • 6 put in skillet and loosen any brown bits.
  • 7 pour into casserole and stir slightly.
  • 8 cover and bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender.
