Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs lamb loin
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 cut 1 1/2 pound lamb loin into slices of desired thickness.
- 2 place other ingredients in 1-gallon freezer bag and add lamb.
- 3 turn several times to cover meat with marinade. label and freeze.
- 4 to serve, thaw meat. layer in prepared baking pan and pour extra marinade over meat.
