Polynesian Lamb Loin

Total Time: 50 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb loin
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 cut 1 1/2 pound lamb loin into slices of desired thickness.
  • 2 place other ingredients in 1-gallon freezer bag and add lamb.
