Premio Pineapple Sausage Skewers

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 16 ounces premio sweet italian sausage
  • 16 ounces pineapple chunks
  • 6 ounces barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cut slices across sausages diagonally and insert pineapple chunks.
  • 2 insert skewers (bamboo works best) through the length of the sausage, piercing the sausage and pineapple chunks.
  • 3 brush bbq sauce on skewers.
  • 4 grill for 30 minutes.
  • 5 serve over rice.
