Ingredients

- 1 whole wheat english muffin, split
- 1 large egg
- 1 thin slice tomato
- 1 slice bacon, cooked and cut in half
- 1 slice velveeta 2% cheese
Recipe
- 1 place 1 english muffin half on microwaveable plate.
- 2 carefully crack egg over muffin.
- 3 microwave on high for 40 seconds.
- 4 top with tomato, bacon and velveeta; cover with remaining muffin half.
- 5 microwave on high 30 seconds or until egg is completely set and yolk is thickened around the edge.
