Quick Bacon & Egg-wich

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 whole wheat english muffin, split
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 thin slice tomato
  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and cut in half
  • 1 slice velveeta 2% cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place 1 english muffin half on microwaveable plate.
  • 2 carefully crack egg over muffin.
  • 3 microwave on high for 40 seconds.
  • 4 top with tomato, bacon and velveeta; cover with remaining muffin half.
  • 5 microwave on high 30 seconds or until egg is completely set and yolk is thickened around the edge.
