- 1 (1 -1 1/2 lb) lamb tenderloin
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 brush entire lamb tenderloin with hoisin sauce. roll in sesame seeds to coat all sides.
- 3 roll in sesame seeds to coat all sides.
- 4 roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 145°f.
- 5 rest 5-10 minutes before serving. serve over your favorite stir-fried vegetables tossed with sesame oil.
