Lamb Tenderloin With Creamy Herb Sauce

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup minced carrot
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb tenderloin, cut in medallions
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 2/3 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup dry wine

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook carrots in oil for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  • 2 add lamb, and cook until lightly browned.
  • 3 remove only lamb, and keep warm.
