Pan Fried Pierogies With Ham

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 -4 tablespoons butter
  • 12 potato & cheese pierogies
  • 8 ounces ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced

Recipe

  • 1 thaw pierogies in hot tap water in a large bowl; drain.
  • 2 in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • 3 add onions and cook until slightly softened.
  • 4 add ham and pierogies and fry until brown and crisp.
  • 5 add additional butter as needed.
