- 2 -4 tablespoons butter
- 12 potato & cheese pierogies
- 8 ounces ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
Recipe
- 1 thaw pierogies in hot tap water in a large bowl; drain.
- 2 in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- 3 add onions and cook until slightly softened.
- 4 add ham and pierogies and fry until brown and crisp.
- 5 add additional butter as needed.
