Perfectly Juicy Roast Lamb

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 kg lamb shoulder, bone in
  • 250 ml dry apple cider
  • 250 ml chicken stock
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius.
  • 2 score lamb skin and fat (do not cut into flesh).
  • 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 4 place in roasting pan and roast until skin begins to crisp up.
  • 5 add cider and stock to pan and cover with foil.
