Onion-crusted Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 boneless lamb chops
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix, plus
  • 2 tablespoons instant onion
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients; mix well.
  • 2 in another small bowl, combine eggs and milk; mix well.
  • 3 dip lamb chops into egg mixture, moistening each side.
  • 4 then coat lamb chops in flour mix.
  • 5 heat oil in skillet to medium heat. add chops.
  • 6 sprinkle seasoning salt and pepper over each chop and fry until golden brown on each side.
