Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless lamb, cut into bit-size pieces
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet red peppers or 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) package medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup saltine, crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, heat oil. cook lamb, celery,red or green pepper and onion until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine lamb mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper; mix well.
- 3 turn into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish.
- 4 combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top.
- 5 bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until heated through.
