Lamb Loin With Honey Mustard

Total Time: 8 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (2 -5 lb) lamb loin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups honey
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 1/8 teaspoons pepper

Recipe

  • 1 rub loin with pepper and/or any other spice you might like to add, set aside.
  • 2 add broth to crock pot on low temperature.
  • 3 mix mustard and honey well in a small bowl.
  • 4 smear the mixture of mustard and honey on the lamb.
  • 5 cover and slow cook for 6-8 hour's or desired doneness.
