Lamb Spareribs In Tangy Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb spareribs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 trim spareribs of rind and excess fat, place ribs in a shallow dish.
- 2 cook on high 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. drain fat from dish carefully.
