Lamb Spareribs In Tangy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb spareribs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 trim spareribs of rind and excess fat, place ribs in a shallow dish.
  • 2 cook on high 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. drain fat from dish carefully.
  • 3 mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the ribs; cook on high 3 minutes or until hot. cheers, doreen doreen randal, wanganui.
